Présentation :

The acceleration of Europe’s energy transition presents substantial challenges on the path toward a decarbonized energy system. Grid operators, industrial stakeholders, and energy developers encounter increasing pressure to rapidly connect renewable assets, ensure grid stability, integrate battery storage, electrify transportation, and optimize energy usage, while simultaneously maintaining compliance, reliability, and economic viability.

The increasing use of solar and wind energy creates new operational demands. Offshore wind farms need better monitoring solutions to improve reliability and lower maintenance risks. Battery storage projects require standard grid connection plans. Industries that want to cut emissions need clear ways to integrate technologies like photovoltaics, charging infrastructure, hydrogen production, and energy storage into their operations.

Omexom Connecting Innovation Across the Entire Energy Ecosystem

At Europe’s largest alliance of energy industry exhibitions, The Smarter E Europe 2026, Omexom is demonstrating how these challenges can be transformed into opportunities through integrated, future-ready infrastructure solutions.

From 23rd to 25th June in Munich, Omexom will welcome visitors at Hall C5, Stand C5.110, where experts from across our international network will showcase solutions spanning the full energy value chain, from renewable generation and grid connection to digital optimization and e-mobility.

A New Approach to Offshore Wind Reliability: ACOUSTISCAN

A key innovation being presented for the first time is ACOUSTISCAN, an acoustic monitoring solution developed in collaboration with Seven Bel.

This technology introduces a predictive maintenance strategy for offshore wind operations by continuously monitoring critical high-voltage components using acoustic analysis. By detecting anomalies prior to failure, ACOUSTISCAN enables operators to increase asset reliability, optimize maintenance planning, and enhance operational safety.

Accelerating Photovoltaic Deployment

Beyond offshore wind, Omexom is also highlighting its skills in photovoltaic generation parks. The company shows how it can handle solar projects from initial planning to grid connection, energy distribution, and integration into current energy systems. Visitors will also learn about the company’s ability to connect renewable generation plants and battery storage systems at various grid levels. This ensures a compliant and future-ready integration.

Through these solutions, Omexom tackles one of the biggest challenges of the energy transition: making renewable assets and storage systems active participants in a flexible and stable electricity network.

Enabling Renewable and Storage Grid Connections

Another major focus of the exhibition is our expertise in delivering grid connection solutions across multiple voltage levels. Visitors will be able to explore how projects move seamlessly from initial planning and engineering through to compliant implementation and commissioning.

This end-to-end approach helps ensure that renewable assets and storage systems can contribute effectively to grid flexibility, reliability and long-term energy security.

Modernizing Critical Grid Infrastructure

Furthermore, Omexom’s expertise in critical grid infrastructure is represented through a detailed substation model that showcases capabilities in the design, construction and modernization of substations.

As energy networks evolve to accommodate higher electricity demand and increasing renewable generation, substations remain a vital part of enabling secure energy transmission and distribution. Modernizing this infrastructure is essential for building the resilient networks required to support Europe’s energy transition.

Driving the Growth of E-Mobility

In the field of e-mobility, Omexom will present charging infrastructure solutions that cover analysis, planning, grid connection, operation, maintenance, and load management. The company’s approach includes both AC and DC charging concepts. It shows how charging networks can be designed to support various applications while keeping in mind grid capacity and future mobility needs.

As electric vehicle adoption continues to accelerate, integrated solutions such as these will be critical to supporting sustainable transport on a large scale.

Decarbo:tec: Making Industrial Decarbonization Actionable

Completing the showcase is Decarbo:tec, a software solution designed to help industrial companies identify and realize decarbonization opportunities. Using load profiles and energy consumption data, the platform analyses how technologies such as photovoltaics, battery storage, hydrogen production, charging infrastructure and vehicle fleet electrification can be combined in a technically feasible and economically viable way.

By providing data-driven insights, Decarbo:tec helps organizations move from decarbonization targets to practical implementation strategies.

From Individual Projects to System-Level Transformation

What makes Omexom’s presence at The Smarter E Europe particularly relevant is not only the breadth of technologies being showcased but also the emphasis on integration of energy solutions.

The energy transition is no longer about deploying isolated technologies. Success increasingly depends on connecting generation, storage, mobility and digital intelligence into cohesive energy ecosystems. Omexom’s solutions contributes to a larger objective: creating an energy infrastructure that is more flexible, resilient and sustainable.

Visitors will also be able to explore additional exhibits, including the multimedia VINCI World showcase and a modern switchgear system, highlighting the broader innovation ecosystem behind Omexom’s expertise.
