Since 2018, Omexom teams have been carrying out, for ABB, the turnkey works of the transformer station located in Calvados, within the framework of the realization of the High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) submarine line between France and England.

Over the past two months, the coronavirus health crisis has affected all countries in an unprecedented way. Our 23,000 Omexom people have done everything possible to ensure that the work sites continue to progress in accordance with the health regulations in force in their countries.

Omexom continues to contribute to the energy transition that is now taking place in Sweden. A good example is the new assignment to build a complete substation when Holmen – Swedish forest company – invested in a new wind farm located approximately 4 km west of Skellefteå.
